What ASK Provides

[A Typical Day] [Services] [Therapeutic Programs]

ASK provides a varied program of activities. Each month a calendar of activities and news is distributed to members and their families.

Here is a typical day for an ASK participant:

Exceptions are when we have special events such as all day outings or evening events.

 8:30 - 9 am Phoned to remind of pick up by the bus
9:30 - 10am Picked up by the bus
10:00 - 10:45 Coffee time to chat and make friendships.
10:45 - 11:45 Participants choose between two or more activities
11:45 - 12:15  Armchair exercises
12:15 - 1:30 A full lunch is served including a delicious dessert
1:30 - 
2: 30		 Participants can usually choose between two or more activities. Sometimes we have guest entertainment.
2:30 - 2:45 The day ends with juice and a sing-a-long
2:45 - 3:30 Participants depart and are taken home on buses.
